Mountain Ocean was founded in 1971 by Tom and Karen Benjamin. The company manufactures biodegradable basic body care products containing natural whole ingredients. They formulated the unique product called Skin Trip Lotion along with Lip Trip, shampoo, hair conditioners, and sunblock.
Mother's Special Blend is a unique product that I designed to help prevent stretch marks. It contains safe, nourishing, ingredients that condition and moisturize your skin. Mother’s Special Blend was created in our store EveryBody, Ltd. in Boulder, Colorado, 30 years ago.
I was pregnant for the first time and was really enjoying the opportunity to focus my attention on myself, on my body, and the incredible changes I was starting to experience. I wanted to have a safe and positive pregnancy and was concerned about stretch marks. I had read awful things about stretch marks and seen awful pictures. I certainly did not want to have any. So I did my homework, I read and researched. I wanted a formula with whole natural ingredients and free of harmful chemicals that could possibly reach my developing baby. I designed a special formula that I carefully blended containing some very key ingredients. The results were remarkable ….. not one stretch mark.
Then, I began to make it for my friends. I called it my "Mother’s Special Blend". After they had great results, I started to sell it in the store to my customers. Word of mouth spread and then I sold it through mail order and health food stores. Today, you can order it on-line.
I have been pregnant three times and have no stretch marks. Mother’s Special Blend has been used by thousands of women over the past 25 years with very good positive results.
